Alankrita Tours is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Travelers are responsible for their health and must comply with local health regulations. Alankrita Tours is not liable for any illness or injury during the trip.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
